It also said the following : 隐写文件将后缀的mp4修改为zip，然后用winrar解压，得到压缩包再次解压主包（后缀为001的）
Translated : Change the file extension of the steganographic file from .mp4 to .zip, then extract it using WinRAR. Once you have the extracted archive, extract the main file (the one with the .001 extension) again.
I've also attached a list of videos.
