Does XOXO Blood Droplets count? It's a dark comedy parody of it's original game XOXO Droplets! I haven't gotten around to it yet since I haven't finished the original game yet haha

If it mimics the style of another work, artist, or genre (in your case, its original game) in an exaggerated way for comic effect, then yes.

I'm sure I've played a game where you date pigeons,oh, and there was also one where you date a horse....
Ah, yes, the pigeon game is "Hatoful Kareshi". I haven't played it, but I've heard it's hilarious and a little dark. I would like to play it sometime as well.

I've played quite a bit of parody otome, but my favorite to this day is Hatoful Kareshi!!
To me, the fun part of HatoKare is that the developer understands otome tropes and subverts them without diminishing the genre (which is something I've seen in some parody VNs). The story and characters are really good, especially the second half! I really recommend it :)

exactly! hatoful boyfriend was written from a place of love rather than contempt for the genre, i think that's important. i also always try to encourage people to read it if i can! holiday star was really good too <3

Not gonna lie but the weird pigeon dating sim "Hatoful Kareshi" was surprisingly good for being a parody game. This is the one that convinced me to try giving other games in the same genre a shot rather than writing them off.

HATOFUL KARESHI IS AN UNIRONICALLY AMAZING GAME AND IM TIRED OF PRETENDING IT ISN'T!!! ( 。•̀_•́。)

For an actual answer, i've played some parody dating sims, but only every now and again. I've not got an appetite for them or anything. ILY Colonel Sanders is very well known, but I found it to be pretty fun!

《にゅるにゅるアカデミーEX》!This is a mobile game. Its story isn't very long.Apart from the CG being a bit weird, everything else is pretty normal.

I played Hatoful Boyfriend. I was surprised to find that you actually date pigeons. I was even more surprised by the story—it was more serious than I expected.
