yes, it is in English you can also switch the language to Japanese in the options menu

https://github.com/Myster-Tee/NxFileViewer Download that, and drag and drop the nsp into the program, which will tell you info. DLC doesn't show languages, but base, and updates will.

With these two programs, you'll need to have your keys within the nxfileviewer folder

With the NSC Builder, under the 'ZTOOLS', rename prod.keys to keys.txt.
