I absolutely love the music from Hana Awase, especially the Karakurenai/Utsutsu theme. I think it's a shame that they removed the background music with the theme of the character you're helping from the Switch port.
it is seriously a shame that the char battle themes werent used for the switch port, they are absolute bangers. sometimes id just sit in a card battle during limit break to let it play and jam out lol. did we ever get a reason why? assuming it has to do w licensing rights, being sung by va probably cost a pretty penny
anyways, sooo many otome ost and ops/eds are bops...many have already posted really good and memorable ones so im gonna go with recency bias and nominate some aoi shouta goodness

I really love pretty much the entirety of the Lamento soundtrack; it's all very beautiful and perfectly fitting for the world and atmosphere of the game. Here's one of my favorite tracks (that is also not full of spoiler heavy comments, haha):

I really like the opening song "I love you more" from "OZMAFIA!!". The catchy rhythm of "la la la" in the beginning is very eye-catching. One listen to the song leaves a deep impression, and it's worth playing repeatedly.
Another work is "Hakuoki". I like all the songs in this game. The theme song and interludes are very fitting for the game's historical background and style.

100%!! I haven't played the game yet (it's on my to play list) but have listened to the OST numerous times already.
The 4 songs sung by Iikubo Saori from Kintouka (十字路, 夜の声, あやとり, 一輪の想い) has also been in my playlist recently. I'm surprised she isn't more popular, given her vocal range.

I love that song too! The "la la la" part at the beginning is really catchy and sticks in your head. The opening theme was such a great song that it inspired me to play the game.

I reallllly like all of N+C's soundtracks, especially Lamento (the song posted above is sooo melancholic, I love that game 
) Sweet Pool's songs still make me feel pretty emotional too even though the premise of the story isn't something I'd normally read. For otomes, ClubSu's opening kinda wiggled its way into my brain but the secret character's ending song will always be in my heart!!

[BL PC game for Windows] Kintouka's music is very nostalgic and memorable. I especially like the bad ending [ayatori].

I also like Lamento soundtrack. Its beatiful. Especially i like Legendary Poem, Reminiscene, Forest of Hesitation and The Singing Cat.

I've never heard of the ikemen live series before but wow their songs do sound good!! The moment I clicked the first video I immediately recognized KENN's voice. It has good VAs. So sad to hear the apps is eos

At the top of my head, I love the collar x malice and clock zero ops but I have a lot of favorites. The glass heart princess op is also really iconic and fun to listen to.
