Actually, when it comes to playing otome games, I love them all haha because each of them has a different personality and story. As long as the story is good and the characters are good, I like them all.

YES, THANK YOU FOR THIS KOHARU HYPE. His route was a breath of fresh air after all the sadness of the School Ghost Stories and Spirit Realm routes . Especially when it's a slow burn tsundere. I have never been pandered to more than when I finally read his path.

I try to love everyone, but I can't list them all!! Here are some off the top of my head:
Kiro (MLQC) - idol, best friend, puppy-like, self-effacing (unless he's joking about being popular)

Limbo (BUSTAFELLOWS) - dependable, jokester, take-charge type, unwavering

Jihyun Kim/V (Mystic Messenger) - self-sacrificing (he's working on it), mature (in friendships, at least ), artistic, kind, when he tries to be humorous it comes off awkwardly endearing

Tokitsugu. Idk why but i blushed a lot when played his route . But sadly not much romance :(

I love his VA. I started like Saint-Germain " bridge scenes" VA was good.

technically not from an otome since the creator labels the game as just a "horror-romance" but last year i got super super obsessed with caleb from devour my love ^^ he's sooo cute as long as you look away from the .... everything else <3

my most recent favorite boy is defo majima from chou no doku though :D look at that smile :D

I love how clumsy he is at being attentive; he's adorable in his own way. A lovely Tsundere.

Toushuusai Sharaku - Tengoku Struggle

I really like him throughout his route; both of his endings are my favorites.

He is the softest and most adorable boyfriend to ever boyfriend, I cannot express how much I enjoy MC and him fighting over ONE BRAINCELL.

Hideo - Chou no Doku
Childhood friends to lovers and a tsundere, great guy. protek mc, a bit of an idiot sometimes but thats lovable.

Lucas - Virche
Just let me suffer okay. I dont know why but I am fixated on this guys route.

Scien - Virche
My Lucas detox husband.

Saint-Germain best boy. At first i didnt like his route but then fall in love his voice and emotions. Seiyu was so good.

Franken from Princess Nightmare - His route... I can't say too much without spoilers but he is so precious.

Kira from Kenka Banchou Otome - I definately have a thing for Kuuderes, and his backstory is so touching. Also voiced by Hosoyan <3

Break from Tiny x Machinegun - I LOVE RED FLAGS RED FLAGS RED FLAGS. Crazy criminal scum, I don't mind him trampling over me.

Those last 7h of the game did something to my brain, Majima you will always be loved.

Akira Ishida's voice combined with a cute mysterious tease... Asagi the man that you are

But I was MOST disappointed with his routes!! He deserves happiness! Also Kei was good too

Minami and seiya.. but to be honest with 9RIP I really adore them all and it's the most difficult for me to choose favorites!! I really hope the sequel is released in English soon.

For mobile definitely alkaid (lovebrush chronicles) and Vyn (tears of themis) !
