Whenever a new VN releases their opening MV on social media, I'm always excited to listen it. Or fully listen to the opening and ending whenever I play a VN! I also have been interested in collecting otoge theme song cds but never started yet~

Some of my personal favorites have been the Garnet Cradle opening (Elements Garden ❤️) and the Princess Nightmare ending (It hits so hard after playing Franken's route)

I love opening of Ephemeral and recently played Diabolik Lovers More Blood, which had phenomenal ending song (also OP was great) :)

Nil admirari no tenbin op and hiiro no kakera op (ps2) it also appeared on the anime.
I really like the hanayaka nari waga ichizoku and diabolik lovers ones too. Rejet has really catchy ops.

I really like the nitro chiral ones too especially tnc <33

Oh boy, there's so many openings I love!

Like bloody call's "bleed"

and if anime adaptations counts? then togainu no chi's (anime) rose hip bullet is greaaat.

Most of diabolik lovers songs are great too, like S O S from dark fate, or the opening from chaos lineage.

The opening for Jooubachi no oubou is also nicee.

Kuro to kin no akanai kagi's op is great, love revo's ops are nostalgic and all of hanayaka nari waga ichizoku's songs are great

Hmm...There's so many song that I like and love. For example Mistonia OP, 9 R.I.P. Sequel ED, BYAKKO OP/ED, Illusion of Itehari hence the reason why i share most of them here.

I like soft, dreamy, fairy tale-ish vibe songs and also chinese/japanese traditional vibe songs, but imo mostly MANYO works never dissapoint. I like most of MANYO songs whether on VN or otoge.

Manyo did the ED to Zettai kaikyuu Gakuen and it is a banger. It is so catchy and cheerful.

Agree! Zettai kaikyuu gakuen songs is banger. The OP song is also from MANYO too by the way.

I really like Norn9's opening! I listened to it several years ago but even listening again now, Yanagi Nagi's voice is so soothing.
The songs from Hiiro no Kakera and Hakuouki (cliche answer I know) are amazingg too. They give me feels! I can hear Fujita Maiko and Mao's voices playing in my head~ In summary I just love good vocals!

Togainu no Chi's soundtracks!! I really enjoy the whole vibe and instrumental they used, some of the elements kind of reminds me of KMFDM

...Does the Mystic Messenger intro count? (I just got your messages~). Okay, it's kind of cringey but the Ozmafia opening is actually my favourite (the opening la-la-la part and the I love you more than anyone before and) are catchy. The lyrics aren't exactly "deep" and it's not a musical masterpiece but I still love it lol

I love the original soundtrack of Hanakisou, and Akiko Shikata is absolutely amazing.

The OPs of Crimson Empire and Crimson Royale are basically my otome game life OPs.
The female vocal version is literally the entire life story of the heroine, Sierra!
With the CG and in-game text blending perfectly with the music,
every time I play this OPs, memories just hit me—so many intense moments, all the feels.
This is hands down my favorite otome game,
and the one I've seen that gives the most space to really flesh out the heroine.

The OPs for the Hana Awase Mizuchi and Himeutsugi arcs are rare gems—purely musical OPs,
which you don't see much in otome games.
(I'm talking about the original PC version here.)

The Mizuchi arc's OP, with its mysterious vibe and haunting throat sounds,
creates a truly unique atmosphere.
The Himeutsugi arc's OP nails that fragile, uneasy, almost peeling-apart feeling,
yet there's this elegance and splendor underneath—so perfectly in tune with the whole himeutsugi experience.
(I don't know why the PC version OP for the Himeutsugi arc isn't on YT anymore… only the PV is left.)

I agree with a lot of the answers already here and this days I feel like I'm really into vns music so well, long answer incoming ig.
I'm really into Elements Garden (Utapri has so many good songs...), MANYO, Shikata Akiko... And I didn't know pc Hana Awase had instrumental OP so now I'm curious, I love the vocal ones (I'm more fond of the Switch ones but PC vocal ones are also fun).
I guess, to not repeat some of the already mentioned, Love Solfege stuff is something I adore to listen (specially Shinigami to Shoujo OP is a big favorite of mine, but all Matsumoto Shin'ichirou stuff is just so good, I'm happy he worked in so many otomes and would love to have him in future projects...). Also Hanayaka nari (...) EDS for the Switch ver have some really good songs. I'm particularly fond of Shimotsuki Haruka duet with Oda Kaori, (composed by myu) "Koyoi, Sameyaranu Yume o".
I love rejet stuff made by PROCYON STUDIO (Black wolves saga, Ken ga Kimi) I really like lasah voice but also the use of orchestra in the bgm and the violins they use in all vocal songs are something I really enjoy. Even MIKOTO compositions (Diabolik lovers, for example) are really fun to listen, I like the edgy touch they have.
Someone mentioned Virche and I have to say that I also loved a lot both first game and fd songs. I specially like aya songs and also her as a composer. She composed all the eds (and even singed some) for Chouchou Jiken Lovesodic and I really like those songs.
Also this days I'm starting to enjoy a lot some TAKUYO stuff, I really loved already Sweet Clown OP but now I'm enjoying a lot all the Lambsoars and flaque songs they used in their games.
In terms of BL I really like Itou Kanako and ZIZZ studio so NITRO CHIRAL in general had a lot of songs I enjoyed. I'm not the biggest I've sound fan but "Under the darkness" is a really catchy song, ngl. And I guess in more obscure things, maybe, Suzuka Yumi has a really good voice and interesting way of composing I really like for example Ariard OP.
Anyway, sorry for the long answer!
