I don't mind if it's otome or boy's love, if it's a visual novel or a rpg maker game. I want my crazy yandere shota.

I would prefer it to be horror, but it isn't an absolute requirement.
I want a shota like kanato from diabolik lovers, that is scary, threatening. Basically his vibes?

Yeonho from Nameless (shota and becomes a little yandere further in route)

I'd say that overall Jooubachi is more dark, while Orfleurs is a slow burn corruption.

Orfleurs, half of the LIs have a hidden yandere side that gets exposed over time (There is also 3P scenes as well)

While Jooubachi is pretty crazy from the getgo. There's not really a pure yandere type, but all of characters are eccentric in their own ways.

Not exactly shota but he is that trope, Takara from the boys love 18 plus game PARADISE and fandiscs. I wont spoil it but hes massively yandere and has shota characteristics. Its a very dark scenario though x

If you know how to use the search function on VNDB you can use the character search page to look for anyone who may be of interest to you. Here's some parameters I used:
Role: Main Character
Sex: Male
Traits: Yandere <----- You can also experiment with adding body type descriptors such as Teen to the traits list as well, though you need to make sure that the traits search will filter for all of the tags. Don't forget to include spoilers in the traits search too.
You can also change the results display to either card or grid view to see what the character sprites look like to see if they fit your fancy.
