Finally got it to work and apparently the problem was my usual unzipping tools don't accept the password input in some of his videos. I had to use an alternative method to unzip it and got the pass accepted.

enable "Show file name extensions" in Windows Explorer then verify that the filename ends with .001/002. The filename must match the name of files I shared; otherwise, extraction will fail.
