Overview:
This mod removes most the mosaic censorship of the Itch.io PC, Android, or Mac versions of Honey Village.
Not all uncensored assets have been leaked, yet. I've so far only been able to get them for the scenes 00,01,02,03,04,05,06,07,08,09,10, 24, 25, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33. All other scenes do not use original assets, but instead were redrawn by nekonick123.
The modified executable "may" trip some anti-virus programs, because the original already does.

Game/Creator: Honey Village / Pink Cafe Art
Mod Version: 2
Game Version: v1.0.0.0(5)
Language: English, Japanese, or Simplified Chinese (MTL)

Features:
Modified executable to remove the mosaic overlay and uncensored assets to replace the censored ones.

Installation:
PC Full version:
Full pre-patched game. Just extract and run.
Attachment version: extract to your game folder and overwrite.
Please Note that the patch version will only work for v1.0.0.0(5).

Android apk:
The apk includes the Mosaic Removal mod. Just install it.
May not work on certain super restricted phones.
No patch version because you would have to align and sign the apk afterwards.

MacOS:
Full pre-patched app. Just extract and run.
Attachment version: extract to your game folder and overwrite.
Please Note that the patch version will only work for v1.0.0.0(5).

Credits:
l8rdude for the datendecoder to make the files readable.
l8rdude for the debug signing.
Shisaye for hex edits and initial asset changes.
katariya for more leaked assets.
nekonick123 for redrawing all missing uncensored assets.
Shisaye for compiling everything together for the different platforms.

Is it possible for you to add the supporter items?
Technically, yes. I would need to find out the individual item codes first though. I'm not sure if they are identical to the two horns ones. I assume not because Honey Village has a lot less items.

What supporter items specifically do you know are available in Honey Village?

Edit: I found a list of all items in the game with their ID, but I have no clue which of these are available normally and which are supporter stuff.
For example there's a Lavin Axe that seems to have a charm effect. In two horns the charm weapon was a supporter item, but since it's a differently named item here I have no clue if that's maybe just something you get at some point.
Edit2: There's a blueprint for it so I guess it's a normal item here.
Edit3: I found entries for the Magical Scissors and 2 Summoning Staff variants (One for random girls, one for goblins). In Two Horns those were supporter items.
Edit4: There's "legendary armor", which might be this titles version of the cheat armor?
I actually do not see any entries for items to change sex positions or for girl customization like there were in Two Horns. Am I just missing those or is that really not implemented for this one?

Edit5: The entries really do not make it obvious what is not available normally. I would need a list of what exactly you want added.
Trying to add every single item to a shop would probably just make it crash, or brick saves because of borked triggers if you already have some item you're not supposed to have, yet.

Okay I looked into it and Yeah theres only those 3. Hmm, I mean you can add them.

I wanted the TP door, the save and the sleep thing. (Maybe you can mod them but I dont wanna impose because maybe they'll add it on a future update.)
I especially wanted the TP door cause traversing is annoying.

Ooh. Maybe you can add the infinite ver. Of the restraints?

Also its kinda weird that they have the scissors because so far... I don't think they implemented the outfit customization in this one.

As far as I know.

Maybe it's best to wait a bit, the game seems very unfinished and especially the android version is actually kind of a pain to make, so I don't really want to do that just for minor changes...

Oh for sure dude, I'll also try to 100% percent the game just so I could check some stuff.

Thank you ! Honey Village Version 1.0.1. !!
I don't have that one. As far as I can tell nobody shared it, yet.
And it seems to only be some bugfixes.
We have released Honey Village Version 1.0.1.

Please download the latest version from the sales site.

This update mainly addresses critical bugs that required urgent fixes. Other reported issues will be resolved in future updates. We will continue working on bug fixes and improvements.

Added a countermeasure for a crash that occurred when saving.

On some environments, the game would crash when saving. You can prevent this by setting "Save Thumbnails" to "Do Not Save" in the Config menu. Please try adjusting this setting.

Fixed an issue in the "Room You Can't Leave Without Having Sex" event.

  • If the event began without the SEX room sign, the game would become stuck.
  • Fixed a progression-stopping bug where using Lovin Axe on Imps in the SEX room caused the game to freeze.

Other minor bug fixes:

  • Corrected clothing assignment errors for certain characters.
  • Fixed an issue where the event would not progress in the side quest "Attack the Imp Settlement!".
  • Changed the sexual position for the character Libra.
  • Fixed an issue where BGM sometimes did not play after loading.
  • Fixed a bug where characters carried into prison cells could still be carried inside the cell.
  • Adjusted collision detection on certain maps.
Corrected minor bugs and typos.
If someone cares enough to upload all 3 versions of it for me, I'll update the uncensor.

Edit: I guess if I would make that update, then I would also add the summoning staffs, the scissors, the cheat armor, and the special restraint stuff to a shop. (And whatever else gets mentioned as needed until then.)

test...
and I have it ver 1.0.1...
Also, I'm not sure if this version will strictly require a sign-in, since 1.0.1 is the subscription-based early access version.

Yes, currently it's for subscribers only. I'm guessing it's probably fine even without signing in/logging in to an account, but I haven't tried...
That explains why I haven't seen it shared anywhere. I guess we wait for an official not early access update. 1.0.1 is only minor bugfixes anyway.

I'm guessing that maybe by 1.0.2 or 1.0.3—basically when the developer has finished all the clothes/outfits—they might reflect this update in the finished/retail version (or maybe a bit later to see if there are any bugs).

As for the special items, in the current version, changing them doesn't really make much difference... they hardly affect the experience. Most of them are restraints, plus a Goblin Summoning Wand, a Female Character Summoning Wand, and the 'Stripping Scissors' which are completely meaningless in the retail version (since the clothes aren't implemented yet)...

The only way to get truly meaningful items is to modify them yourself, and doing so adds a few usage restrictions. For example, functions that make a struck character go into heat or fall asleep now have an extra parameter to set which race they are effective against. If you want to avoid setting it to all races, it's not impossible, but then even if you hit a goblin, it will go into heat.

Furthermore, custom items with specified poses can be created, but you'll find that only characters of the same race or alternate color versions of the same race will display correctly; otherwise, they'll appear bald. This is because hair uses a different ID for each race (and because of this, I currently don't think the developer will make an item with this feature, or they will weaken it so you can only select poses for the same race [possibly including alternate colors]).
