I'm using Google's web browser with an ad blocker enabled, but it's basically useless. As soon as I click, it continuously opens new tab ads, and I end up just closing tabs non-stop. In the end, I simply closed the entire page to avoid the endless pop-up tabs.

Use Firefox, install Popup Blocker Ultimate and Ghostery (optional). Should block most popups and tabs.
