First, I'm not even particularly talking to you on that topic, and you still combatively responded to it. Wake up, you're not the main protagonist here. Those words are a general call to action towards the many English-speaking westerners who frequent this site. How do you even equate that as a message to any Japanese on this site? It's a call for everyone to help identify your local nuisance streamers that are heading to Japan to cause trouble, and report them to your own immigration bureau. They in turn, will notify the Japanese immigration to deny the visa for these nuisance streamers and indirectly improve Japan's perception on us.
Also, if you're currently living on the Western world: go help end these moral policing nonsense, so we can have our contents back. If you're a US citizen in particular, help campaign on ending VISA and Mastercard's antitrust practices. Lest the Japanese got even more pissed, get more insular, and make life difficult for ALL OF US. If things improve, Japan might lift their geo-block too, because they actually do want the extra income (if it's not too much of a hassle).
