E-Hentai alternatives

Are there good alternatives that provide the original, digital downloads from DLsite without deleting things all the time or needing to spend hours on an rpg to get enough points to download a few galleries in full resolution? E-Hentai's normal gallery view is in low res only. DLsite doesn't provide a real buying experience for manga and doujinshi because of DRM. For example this manga on DLsite [id: RJ169644] is not available on E-Hentai, and not in DL quality. It's also not on nyaa (or the torrent is dead). I've checked out nhentai and hentaiera but there too, thousands of works are low res or downgraded in quality. Where do you go to data hoard your favorites in DL quality? Thank you for reading.
