Try going to Windows Security > Virus & Threat Protection > Exclusions > Add Folder then add the Game's folder. It fixed it for me, the saves haven't broke since.

I hope someone can help me
When I open the game application, this error keeps appearing and I can't open the game
The error message says something in Chinese like try again later.

I tried to run the game on three different computers and versions of Windows, but the same error message always appears when I try to open the game

By any chance, did you search the game using its romaji or kanji name? Maybe it's because of that, since the game thread only uses the kanji title while the request thread uses the romaji title. It can be confusing sometimes, so it's understandable to be confused
