Looked high and low for this! I honestly had no experience with Vita emulation until now, because I needed to test the files. Booted fine on Vita3k for me, and appeared to be playable, but no actual Vita to test with so your results may vary. Please let me know either way.

Any mirrors are appreciated, let me know if it needs a reupload.

If you're using vita3k, select "File" at the top of the screen, then "Install .pkg," and select the included work.bin file.
You should be able to play it now!
