i also remember 誠也の部屋 愚者の館 have some, but erogamescape has the most updated and detailed info on eroge in general.

i think it's either patches themselves are hosted there or links to sites that provide patches.
誠也の部屋 work in a similar way in that it records all the updates and hosts links to download patches.
