How do you run this? I applied the nodvd patch and run it with locale emulator, but it always gives this message no matter what.

I already did this, my region, language and even data format are set to Japanese. But the game still shows the same error message. Locale emulator and AlphaROMdiE showed no results either . I'm currently using Win 10 Pro 64x 22H2.
