I keep getting an error from file 3 that says "Corrupt header found". I've tried downloading again all the file but it doesn't seem to fix the problem. Can anyone help me? I really want to play the game :(

this may be a stupid question but are you using WinRar?
try using 7-zip
when WR tells me that X file is "damaged" I use 7-zip and it extracts normally
I tried both programs but keep getting the corrupted file header error on rar and on 7zip I get "Data error : slowdamage_master_DLsite\data3.cab"

I think it is posted in the otome section of the forum, there was a link to a thread a few replies further up.
I can't check the thread though because I have no access and I assume you don't either.
Anyway... since people have requested it here, I'll upload the version that I have.
Works without a crack, should be this version, which has no DRM to begin with.

Excuse me, I have a question regarding "Slow Damage"! Are there any differences between the Japanese and English versions, other than the language? I'm planning to download the game, but some reviews mentioned that the English translation is a bit superficial and that certain phrases might break the characters' personalities. I also heard there might be a fan translation available. Is it possible to install a fan patch over the official English version? Thank you so much, and sorry for the trouble!

I think in terms of content, there is no difference between the JP and EN version. There wasn't anything cut or so that I know of.
I can't speak on the quality of the translations since I read in JP but from what I read the fan "translation" is an edit of the official English JAST translation.
You can read about it on VNDB and in the Reddit post of the one who made it. Since it is an edit rather than a standalone translation I assume it is meant to be installed over the JAST release.
