Hrm, this one doesn't seem to work for me. If I click the setup.exe there's only a window popping up with some information in Japanese : View attachment 26366 Not sure what to do about this, what I've tried so far : Run as admin, run as admit with jap locale , switch to full jap system region settings , run in compatibility mode for win xp sp1 none of those worked so far, my OS is Win 7 64x Ultimate.

Don't see any problem here, click on it and setup appear. Using Win 10
