Where on earth are you looking?
If you look at the file in the data folder, you can see that it is ver2020.07.17. https://i.postimg.cc/bJyGNN4q/Image.jpg
This folder is the data that makes up the game, so it won't change unless someone else changes it, except for the developer.
Since the version after this is only 2020.07.26, it will inevitably be ver2020.07.17 unless changed by someone.

The above version history information is for the Japanese edition.
Due to the developer announcement, only ver July.26.2020 has been revealed for the English edition history information.
English edition. I don't know if it's true, but as far as the data folder is concerned, ver Jul.26.2020.

Look, here I compared an old v1.03 (you can grab this version anywhere) with your file.
All checksums match, which can ONLY mean that both versions are the same.

If you look at the file in the data folder, you can see that it is ver2020.07.17.

I'm sorry but dates are not enough to conclude something like that, you literally can change the date set to whatever you want if you know how.
