Either
1. switch to ITHVNR for this game or
2. attach ITHVNR to it, select the correct text thread, write down the H-code ITHVNR is using for that thread and enter it in ITH.
It's /HW-8*14:-8*0@170150:セクフレ幼馴染体験版.exe for the trial version; H-code for the full version should be close to this.

By the way, update v1.0.1 is available on the game's website.

How about the h-code for the VNR ?

How about you try what you've quoted with VNR and report back with the results?
I won't post H-code for VNR because I don't care about VNR and this game (let alone about making one work with the other), even more so if it doesn't accept H-code which is confirmed to work fine with other text hookers.
