Nope just hunch work. Game feels similar to other oneone1 games . Only using translator to find out the mission locations sometimes.

Talk to: Barman- brown skin loli ( two times if i remember) or two kids first ( dont rememer) you will get info where cat is, talk to loli again, he will provide you acces to underground canal or smth( door next to stairs) or use link above ;)

PLease do update this. the latest version is 1.15 and it fixes quite a few bugs.
