As for unpacking files: there're tools available for this game engine, but have to be updated to cope with every single newly released game.

Update: Looks like the DRM Buster can bypass the protection yet again (after updating the definitions, of course).

You wish to unpack them now? Nope, I think no tools have updated to cope with this game yet, at least for those released publicly (an internal tool from 2DJ might have updated, but then it isn't shared publicly; they may share unpacked CGs later, though)

You may wait for the update of this tool for example, but whether and/or when is up to the developer: https://github.com/morkt/GARbro/releases

Just move .exe into game folder, rename it to malie.exe (save original for backup) and try to run, I think.
