You can skip to dumping it with Vitamin directly, but in that case please set it to force-skip and let it be for 15 minutes or so. I don't have experience with Rejet-published games, but Otomate loves crashing enough time into the game that a normal test wouldn't catch it. Normally Mai dumps are preferred, though, so if you want to do a full (select decrypt eboot+suprx first, then decrypt assets separately -- that way if one of the step fails you don't have to start from scratch) Mai dump and test that first that's also cool. Mai dumps handle DLC better.

If the Vitamin dump crashes, then the Mai eboot+surpx dump will be needed.
