There's a folder called "xp", which contains an executable (.exe) and some other formats (cf and sig respectively). This .exe was made to make it compatible with Windows XP machines, Copy those files and put them in the main game folder. There you go.

i tried that. the demo works fine that way but the full game dosnt for some reason

Okay, found the actual solution via sukebei.nyaa comments

You have to RENAME THE MAIN/ROOT FOLDER(wherever the program/files have been extracted to) so it dooesn't have any japanese characters!

For me i just renamed the folder "main folder" XD
