Screenshots of the game in announcements elsewhere show it in widescreen
The official website lists the minimum resolution as 1280x720

There's a lot of circumstantial evidence hinting that it's HD, at least.

Every game has two reference on getchu but probably it's the same released as first then normal; the resolution is not reported.,
but vndb report that all the games has been sold again after two years from their originale release and maybe the graphics has been revised (not that i know about the original).
Until the maker page came online i wan't be able to check.

Not really HD per say, though if it was it would only make the pixels in the art stand out more and look worse, not better :/, but it has been upscaled in resolution regardless and edited to widescreen (I think, certainly don't remember the original games being widescreen) as well as a new engine (thank god, the old one was a pain).
