Agreed. My character just flashes and can barely see anything.

Got any Idea on which version will it work best?

I found the solution downgrade to this flash player version Flash Player 10.3.183.50

Also you only need to install the Internet explorer one. Since the game uses internet explorer's flash player version to run the game..
