I think you may be referring to places like Xinplay and Otome Dream. Otome Dream is especially notorious for being tough-as-nails to get in, let alone actually make enough "zeny" to "buy" the links to the games. It would be good if I knew of somebody who has a lot of access on that site, but then again, most of the uploaders there tend to disallow redistributions and their wishes should be respected.
