Help installing Rewrite Harvest Festa

I have successfully downloaded the torrent of Rewrite HF, but I can't install it. When I mount the Disc1 ISO file I get an error message. What should I do? PS I can't read anything in japanese yet so the installation doesn't make any sense for me
