Discussion about W ~Wish~ Windows Edition W～ウィッシュ～WINDOWS版

So I came across to visual novel game called W ~Wish~ on Vndb, that game was released for PS2 as First Press Limited Edition and Regular Edition, but I also noticed that there is a PC Windows version of that game on Vndb, it's called W～ウィッシュ～WINDOWS版, aka W ~Wish~ Windows Edition (apparently, they only called W ~Wish~ for PC Windows release but I will called it W ~Wish~ Windows Edition) . Not sure if this was a real PC Windows version release or not but it says "Released during C67 and limited to 100 copies". If anyone knows about this PC Windows version of the W ~Wish~ then let me know here.
