As of July 7, 2011, we have revised the rules for all sections under Downloads and Requests. We strongly encourage all members to read the revised rules here.
We have also made a new subsection for extreme content. From now on, posting uploads with extreme content (staff discretion applies) outside said section will be considered a serious violation.
