Wolf Rain is a must from that list. Also Requiem For the Phantom is epic too.

Mirai Nikki- I am a huge fan of the manga
Mawaru Penquindrum- This one is really fun, I love how it mixes many genres into a fun anime

Yes, it's good one
But now, i very long time don't watch anime

[Admiral Muffin]

Ima, Soko ni Iru Boku - One of the best anime of all time. It's a heart wrenching show but it's a must-watch.

Level E - Really hilarious.

Minami-ke - A solid slice-of-life. First season is the best so far.

Shiki - A great vampire anime. Shame it's kinda underrated.

Comedy: Seitokai Yakuindomo (though whole anime revolves around perverted jokes and has almost no plot)
