I think what they are doing is much more important than what they are wearing.
I mean, Japanese porn is famous for being to creative/unique, and that was a direct result of censorship laws (so the origin of bukkake).

Heck, there is a huge segment of "porn" where there's practically no (female) nudity at all! CFNM is a good example. And then there's all the fetishes out there: Femdom BDSM, Footworship, mixed wrestling, etc where the female is usually completely clothed (and stays that way).
