Hm, have you tried another browser already? Maybe it's blocked by your anti-virus software, so you could try turning it off while loading the site. Otherwise you could try to open the site with your mobile phone, if it works there, I think it's because of some software. If it doesn't work from your mobile phone too, it's possible that your isp blocked the site. In this case a VPN should help (for this you can find a tutorial in the main post).

I deleted the links from the updates of 2015, since the archives are offline. The whole collection of 2015 is still available as a whole archive.

The next update could take a few days longer as usual, since my laptop broke. I'm already trying to fix it, but I don't know when it will be done. Anyway, I'll try to upload the update on the weekend at the latest, then I can use the pc of my friend.
