Rewrite Harvest Festa! Installation Problems

When I click Autorun.exe on DISC1 , it can't start installation.I also try to run as administrator but it's not helping.

In the second message, it says that it couldn't find 'index.html'. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it? Maybe reinstall it via compatibility mode for Windows 7? Check to make sure you've patched it, if the game requires those. Also, I can't see the last two screenshots.

I have one game that refuses to play on Windows 7 even when I try installing it in compatibility mode. But it plays properly on my crappy Windows XP computer. This game is 神学校-Noli me tangere-. It's weird, because it's supposed to be playable on Windows 7 according to PIL/SLASH's website.
