From what I've heard and read, you should be able to buy stuff on the Japanese version of DLsite with foreign Credit cards...... Haven't done it myself though. I think payment approval depends on company policies too.

Can confirm. Provided you have an international credit card (provided you're overage, you can just ask your bank about it), you can buy on the Japanese Dlsite no problem. Unlike DMM where certain games are not available for non-japanese paying customers, unless they use a Japanese proxy, but the strange thing is after buying it, they will be available in your account forever, proxy or not.

I'm 28, but I only have a debit card and it seems it won't clear for that. If anyone ever does pick it up, it would be excellent if they could post it. I'd be willing to pay.
