Thanks, but I have no clue on how to split the one giant file. Any advice? Do I have to just split it up manually via movie/audio editor?

You can either use CUETools or foobar2000. No need to split manually with an audio editor `-`.

For CUETools,

1. Drag the cue (School Days ORIGINAL SOUND TRACK.cue) for the input
2. Browse where you want the output (can be in the same folder)
3. Under Action, select Encode
4. Under Mode, select Tracks
5. Under Audio Output, select Lossless, flac, and cuetools
6. Click Go

I believe the number with the slider below cuetools is the compression level. Set it to lower number if you want it to encode faster. It should look something like this:

For foobar2000, I actually cba to type every steps but something like,

1. Install foobar2000 with the Converter component
2. Download a FLAC encoder
3. Drag the cue on foobar2000
4. Select the tracks, right click, Convert, ...
5. Output format, FLAC
6. Choose destination, etc.

CUETools has much more power dealing with various cue sheets, but I do prefer using foobar2000 since I have it set up with different encoders and have more options and stuff '-'.
