Answered Question regarding creating new threads

Hello. I was reading through the rules/guidelines, and I probably just missed it, but what do we have to do to be able to make threads in other sections on this site? I think I saw you had to rank up and stuff, but I didnt see by how much, and how to do it.

Basically just want to know how to be able to post threads in other sections on this site. Im sure its somewhere on some rules/guidelines, but I didnt see it

So I need to join a group? Need to wait 14 days? Fill out a questionaire?

Im not trying to upload anything to this site, I just wanted to be able to post a thread to request a particular game upload.

Anyways, so I guess after I got 30 posts, sign onto this site for 14 days straight, I then go here http://www.anime-sharing.com/forum/staff-application-forum-97/

and then fill out an application to join?

Also, Im looking at the questionaire thing, and all of them relate to *uploading* things. Im not trying to do that, just trying to be able to create threads in other sections.

Am I looking at the wrong rules/guidelines?

For download section you need to be an uploader elsewhere i don't know about any restrictions but if you can't create new threads then you may need to have at least 10 or maybe 30 posts, i don't recall which one.

Edit: requests are exception you don't need to be an uploader (otherwise it doesn't make sense) but you may still need certain number of post.

But then having to wait 14 days after that :(

Oh well, hopefully its worth it, since it seems like this site seems to be reliable when it comes to the requests people make

you don't need to wait only posts (requests doesn't apply to uploader's rules) so maybe 10 posts is already enough

Here's a formal answer:

The only restriction is - if you upload games, then you have to apply for uploaders.

You don't need any special rank aside of being registered to post at any sections, including requests section.
