There might be a problem with the episode 1, after 19 seconds the video and audio freezes, then jumps to the end. I deleted the file then redownloaded, and tried using Windows Media Player Classic, as well as VLC, and both show the same thing. I don't see any problems with the other files, so I don't think it is something on my end.

After the first 3MB the file contain zeroes.

Are you sure that the player isn't just skipping to episode 2?
I downloaded the first episode again, still the entire files contain zeroes except for the first 3MB so skipping is not possible.

It probably would have if I had my playback settings set to play the next file in the directory. It just played the first 19 seconds then skipped to what the file thought was the end of the video on the progress bar.
