[help] how to run this game

ok..
so i downloaded an umemaro game from this thread-->http://www.anime-sharing.com/forum/...a配達淫-pizza-takeout-obscenity-[engsub]-116655/

so inside the archived file was the folder and the shortcut... it doesn't need to be installed..
then i just tried running the exe file as an admin, run it with applocale try different compatibility mode(xp,win7 etc),changed the region of my computer to japan..
but i'm always stuck at a black window which says "Now Loading..." but nothing really loads.....


so can someone help me...
do i need other applications/programs to run this game....

by the way my os was windows 8 64bit
and i doubt my computer was that slow cause my processor was i5...

[OK I've found the solution... i just installed the latest k-lite mega codec pack and it run.... I don't know how to delete/lock this thread so i'm just editing this one
