SUMMARY

Following the lives of four special friends, their adventures in Academy City — a city where about 80% of its 2.3 million citizens are students working to develop psychic powers and advanced technology — are told: Electro-master Misaka Mikoto — a headstrong Level 5 esper and the third strongest in the city, Shirai Kuroko — a Level 4 Teleporter and Mikoto's perverted roommate, Uiharu Kazari — Kuroko's shy Level 1 partner at Judgment, the city's public safety committee, and finally Saten Ruiko — Kazari's mischievous friend, a Level 0.

Recently, several urban legends have surfaced in Academy City: a mysterious stripping woman, a boy who can negate any force, and a way to up one's psychic level. One by one these legends are confirmed as true. Especially the latter case has some disturbing ramifications, since increased powers lead to more severe crimes...

I just love this anime! Excuse me corocoro, I know that Elysium's version of Railgun is the best available but which is better: 720p (Hi10p) or 1080p (8-bits)? Also, THORA's version of the first season of Index is the best and much better than Coalgirls' 1080p version right? And Coalgirls' version of season 2 of Index is the best and better than Elysium's right? And finally, UTW-Mazui's version of the Railgun OVA is the best and much better than Elysium's (either720p Hi10p or 8-bits) right?

For the 720p: In my opinion, yes. For 720p vs. 1080p: I don't compare different resolutions against each other.
 
I see. I totally get this now that you don't compare different resolutions against each other and is respected in every aspect. But if I may ask in your personal taste and opinion which versions would you choose from my previous statements? :confused:
 
I don't remember things years past when I haven't made notes about them. Just compare them yourself and you'll know.
