Can't finish installing this game(真希ちゃんとなう/Maki-Chan to Now. Kanketsuhen)

Hello, i recently downloaded Maki-Chan to Now and i can't seem to finish the installation which is stopping at 99,9% at the voice.pak.
Of course it may be because i am missing a program or a launcher since i directly installed from the setup.exe in the iso.
Another thing that came up from this mess is that a driver E: pop up and due to my lack of experience on these game i don't know if its normal.
Simply, i wondered if anyone could solve ether of these matter. -> fixed, just right clicked and inject

Also i am on windows 8.1.

Try delete torrent list and redownload torrent file or magnet again.What is your torrent downloader?
I guess is about ipfilter too disable it on preferences>advance>ipfilter.enable change true to false.

It din't work and for what you asked it was utorrent. Also, what does ipfilter do?

So I downloaded the game and tried to install it to see what the issue was, and now I see what you mean by it stopping at 99%. It worked after I changed my system locale to Japanese so hopefully that'll fix your problem!
