Despite Anim's great production quality, I don't find any of the games I've tried particularly erotic besides Kabe 1 and the netorase route in Taninbou. This is an exception to that despite the sprites being outdated (CG generally holds up and has good character design).
Plot is a couple of co-worker friends deciding to record seducing each other wives without their knowledge. MC's (Kouichi's) wife Kanako turns out to be extremely willing while the friend's (Kimihiko's) wife, Sachie, has to be coerced. Kanako's scenes were far more enjoyable due to this and character design.
There are 3 main routes, each obtainable by focusing only on Kanako (netorase), only on Sachie (netorare), or switching between the 2 (swapping). There's also a small bonus ending after full completion, a Happening Bar featuring the now slutty wives.
Major ending spoilers follow, do not read if you haven't played the game. Just play it.
Netorase scenes leading up to the endings are extremely good. There are then 2 variations of note:
1. Kouichi is transparent about his desires and the diary, and introduces a new co-worker to fuck Kanako. This seemed anti-climactic at first but revisiting it, the blowjob is extremely hot and so is the subsequent 'dangerous day' nakadashi where Kanako is forced to confess she loves the new cock more than her husband's. It nicely concludes the cuckold route where Kimihiko - and more importantly, Sachie - are no longer involved.
2. Kouichi remains silent, leading to an amazing time lapse ending with the status quo.
His daughter, Nao, has physically developed and is dating Kimihiko's son (Kazuhiko). Kazu, however, has always been fascinated by his aunt. Themes are similar but the duality between "gentle elder sister" and her hard choice is more extreme. This one has a choice with a good ending of sorts, but it's certainly more dark overall.
Both these games show strong ability to create compelling characters that the player wants to root for and the FCs are well designed; I hope this developer grows and is around for years to come.
They have a 3rd work, also pure love with NTR elements, but it's audio. I'll support them overall later in the year, though will pass on the non-game. If you play these and happen to like the CV, unfortunately 1 of the DLSite reviews claims she passed away in March; I don't know if it's true, but the 3rd title (July) has a new VA.
