Not strictly an NTR question but would appreciate any answers & opinions.
I haven't been playing visual novels that long (only started last year) but it seems only a few companies like anim use "simple animations" (according to vndb) where some scenes are animated and looped.
Seems that re-releases of older games can get reprogrammed with simple animations too

Personally I think it makes the game more enjoyable. Most of anim's more recent games use "E-mote" which is an improved next level version where even when the characters are stationary they blink, smile, adjust posture, etc

Why don't more eroge developers use this? Is the usage fee super high and is anim just a richer company with bigger budgets for their games? Or is there not enough demand to make eroge games more lively with animation?
On a different topic a while back I played a game called Satisfaction -Kindan no Renkou- (
https://vndb.org/v8116) because I'm a huge sucker for LINDA's art. I was actually surprised I found a copy of it (being somewhat old and because LINDA is infamous for prohibiting sharing of any work and purging links off the net)
While not an NTR game it did share a lot of my favorite fetishes and it makes me wish LINDA would work on a new eroge game that was actually NTR (considering most of LINDA's manga work is NTR). But I guess LINDA makes enough $ drawing/writing NTR oneshots, monthly covers and doujin or games are too time consuming. Once in a while there's a new hentai OVA based on a LINDA manga but I'd love to see a game instead.
