I have a question...I already read the rules but I must ask...
I saw a certain request thread, made on August 31st with no reply and noticed a user asking
for something he wants.

I took the time searching around the net and luckily found the file, not easy to get
but was able to retrieve and now have it downloaded! What i'm asking is...am I able to
reply with the file uploaded on a non-banned file-sharing site or not?

Just curious...
If not, then nevermind.
