Found a way to install the patches without "install" the game.

Create a registration entry file like:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\WillPlus\Guilty\虜ノ契～家族のために身体を差し出す姉と妹～Re：]
"INSTALLDIR"="D:\\[temp]\\HG\\[Guilty] 虜ノ契 -家族のために身体を差し出す姉と妹- Re：\\"

The value of INSTALLDIR should be the path where you placed the game. Note that the separator should be double backslashes.
You can simply copy the quoted content to notepad and save to anyfilename.reg.
Then, double click the file to add the entries to your registry, and the installer will assume you have installed the game proper.

You can found the patches' content in "GALLERY":



I found that simply copying the files from the installer packages to the game directories doesn't get the patch content, but the installers for the patches don't seem to do anything at the file level other than copy and overwrite the files (no editing of existing files). I assume that enabling content is done by editing the registry, but I didn't bother looking for the entries they edit, as it's much easier to run the installer normally by adding the aforementioned INSTALLDIR entry.

I added the "InstallDir" value using regedit.exe.
You can use it when applying such patches in the future!
