Trust me, I used to ask myself that question a lot. But something was off for me. Though I can handle otokonoko genre, I for some reason gave a wide berth to dude on dude action. In the end I just realized that I had a thing for "futanari" concept and since there is limited material on that, I was just filling the gap with feminine looking otokonoko vids/games. At least that is what I found about myself.
