It say: illegal execution environment
I faced this error before and it took me awhile to remember how to fix: Load game exe with ntleac.

Like i write many many many times already, Use Original Windows Japan and You Dont Have Any Problems.
WinXpJp for old games and Win7Jp for all other ->+ VirtualBox or VMWare.
