The game is out but nothing yet, I've been looking high and low since.

I am surprised this game has not appeared yet as its part of Speeds Zombie line of games which are very popular...

I'm pretty sure the reasons why eroge are not appearing as fast as they normally do is down to Japans new anti-piracy laws.
A month or so ago it was introduced into law, and apparently the law is so draconian that people are afraid of downloading files from even legitimate sources like I-Tunes.

That's likely the reason uploaders in Japan are afraid to share the games. I hope i'm wrong but that seems to be the problem. Which is really unfortunate since there is a lot of really great games coming out this month.
