Does anyone know what this error could be? I unpacked the .rar file and I did windowed mode when I first started the program, but this this popped up. Do I need to use a patcher of some sort or is this something else?

I think it's one of those "The directory names are too long" problem. Try moving it to your root folder, for example, C:\ or C:\Porn, that worked for me.
