I managed to get mine working fine. All I did was copy the No Region Loader from the first game I had in my HDD and pasted it in the gamedata. Then I used the AplhaROMdiE to open while the ISO was mounted.

Steps to make it work: 1. Extract the crack to the data folder. 2. Run the crack as an administrator. (I received the one from FlowerTradeWinds and that is the way I got it to work. I have no idea if the crack in GC is different.)
